Customer Experience Trainer
As the Customer Experience Trainer you will be responsible for training and providing support to the Customer Experience team, including the onboarding of new employees and maintaining a foundational level of knowledge and expertise required for all positions with Customer Experience.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Provides Customer Experience onboarding training for all new employees who join the team
  • Attends system and software update training and serves as the trainer and subject matter expert for the Customer Experience team
  • Documents and tracks training completion for the Customer Experience team
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps for all Customer Experience processes
  • Attends external Customer Experience training and leads such training for the internal team as needed
  • Stays abreast of trends or new software that may be of benefit to the Customer Experience team; conducts various continuous improvement training for the team as needed
  • Retains recordings of key trainings and uploads those to team SharePoint site for future reference; keeps SharePoint site updated as appropriate
  • Serves as a system and subject matter expert for the MMs, EIS, and Microsoft Suite platforms as well as all Customer Experience and related Arcwood processes
  • Maintains the ability to travel 4-8 times per year
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience within a related customer experience role (required)

Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Customer Experience related processes for various Arcwood positions (Customer Experience Representative, Corporate Account Coordinator, Program Manager, etc.)
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of scheduling, approval and quoting processes
  • Strong understanding or ability to understand processes related to MMS and EIS platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
